Class Information

Kind Fitness is a supportive, community-centered fitness studio focused on movement, encouragement, and showing up as you are. Our classes are designed for women to help them feel strong, confident, and welcomed no matter their fitness level.

Not at all. Kind Fitness is for every woman - beginners, experienced athletes, and anyone in between. Modifications are always offered and we encourage you to move at your own pace.

We offer a variety of group fitness classes including cardio, strength, full-body workouts, themed classes, and special events. Each class is designed to be effective, fun, and uplifting.

Classes can be booked directly through our online booking calendar. Simply choose the class you want, reserve your spot, and show up ready to move.

We recommend bringing: -a water bottle -comfy workout clothes -athletic shoes -a positive mindset Mats, equipment, and other items you might need are provided unless otherwise noted.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, especially for your first class. This allows time to sign a waiver, find your spot, and get settled.

Yes. Our workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels. Every class includes modifications, so whether you are new to exercise, getting back into a routine, or need lower-impact options, you will always have choices. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, and our instructors will guide you so you feel supported and confident in every class.

No. You do not need to be coordinated to take Hip Hop Cardio. The routines are easy to follow, and the goal is to keep your body moving, not to be perfect. You can always go at your own pace, follow along as best you can, and take breaks when needed. Most people pick it up as they go, and having fun is far more important than getting every move right!

Our most advanced and highest-intensity class is HIIT with Alanti. This class is designed to challenge you with faster-paced intervals, higher intensity movements, and minimal rest. Modifications are always offered, but it is best suited for those who enjoy being pushed and want a more athletic, high-energy workout.
